WebPortal was founded on a powerful conviction: every professional deserves an email identity that's genuinely trusted—one that opens doors rather than triggering spam filters or raising questions about legitimacy.
Our mission is to democratise access to enterprise-grade email infrastructure whilst maintaining the highest standards of verification, security, and transparency. Whether you’re a sole consultant or a 500-person organisation, you receive the same robust foundation.
We are driven by three non-negotiables: verified identity, absolute transparency, and user sovereignty over data and domain.

This policy is accessible from the site footer and during the sign-up flow. We recommend reading it before creating an account.
This Privacy Policy explains how WebPortal ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our domain email services, website, and related platforms. We are committed to transparency and trust. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here. Our processing is aligned with the UK GDPR and applicable data protection law.
When you apply for or register an account, we collect your name, email address, company or organisation details, country of operation, website URL, and any verification documents you provide during our membership review process. This information is necessary to perform our contract with you, verify your identity, and comply with our legal obligations.
We collect technical information to operate and improve the Services, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and action timestamps. We use this data on the basis of our legitimate interests (service operation and improvement) and, where required, with your consent.
We process email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, timestamps) to route and deliver messages. Email content stored in your mailbox is encrypted at rest and accessible only to you and those you authorise. We do not scan email content for advertising or marketing.
Payment details are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We retain only the minimum billing information necessary (e.g. last four digits, billing address) and never store full payment card numbers on our systems.
Where we rely on your consent (e.g. for optional analytics or marketing communications), you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@WebPortal.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. the ICO in the UK).
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data:
Account and usage data are retained whilst your membership is active. Upon account closure, data is held for up to 90 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted. Billing records are retained for seven years as required by financial and tax regulations.
As part of our identity and domain verification process, we may collect and process:
This processing is necessary to perform our contract with you, prevent fraud, and maintain the integrity of our platform. Verification data is stored securely and retained in line with our data retention policy and legal obligations.
We use a limited number of trusted sub-processors to provide the Services (e.g. infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery). Each is bound by contractual obligations that ensure an equivalent level of data protection. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant authorities.
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Services. With your consent, we may use analytics cookies to understand usage and improve the product. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Where we transfer personal data outside the UK or European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. UK International Data Transfer Agreement, Standard Contractual Clauses) so that your data receives an adequate level of protection.
Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with data, please contact us at privacy@WebPortal.com and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.

The terms that govern your access to and use of WebPortal’s services, website, and platforms.
Last updated: February 2026
These terms are accessible from the site footer and during the sign-up flow. Please read them before creating an account.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WebPortal's services, website, and platforms. They are designed to give you legal clarity. By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable Acceptable Use Policy we publish. You must not use the Services to send spam; distribute malware or harmful code; engage in phishing, fraud, or impersonation; violate any applicable law or regulation; or infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. We reserve the right to monitor compliance and to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe the Services are being misused.
You are responsible for all content sent, received, or stored via your account. You must ensure that your use of the Services does not expose WebPortal or other users to legal, reputational, or security risk.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By applying for an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Access to the Services requires a membership application and successful identity and, where applicable, domain verification. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as necessary. We may request additional information or documentation to verify your identity or domain ownership. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access where information is found to be false, incomplete, or where we have reasonable grounds to refuse service (e.g. fraud prevention, legal or regulatory compliance).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@WebPortal.com upon discovering any unauthorised access or suspected breach of security.
You agree to:
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Services are provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annual, as selected). Plan features and limits are described on our website and in your account. We reserve the right to modify plans, features, or pricing with reasonable advance notice (typically at least 30 days). Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance unless you cancel in accordance with these Terms.
By subscribing, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are as quoted at the time of sign-up and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for any applicable VAT or other taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Services and ultimately termination.
Payments are generally non-refundable. Where we fail to deliver the Services due to our fault, we may at our discretion offer a pro-rata credit or refund. You must contact support within 14 days of the relevant billing or service issue to request consideration.
We may suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law; or where suspension is necessary to protect the Services, other users, or third parties. Suspension may continue until the issue is resolved to our satisfaction or we terminate the account.
You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Closure takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for any unexpired prepaid period.
We may terminate your account with 30 days' written notice for any reason, or immediately (without notice) in cases of serious or repeated breach, fraud, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. We will handle data in accordance with our Privacy policy (e.g. retention for up to 90 days for recovery, then deletion).
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
We are not liable for downtime or loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control (e.g. force majeure, third-party failures, your equipment or connectivity). We target 99.9% uptime and will communicate scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.
Storage limits are defined by your plan. Exceeding limits may result in restrictions (e.g. inability to receive new mail) or additional charges as set out in your plan or our then-current pricing. We perform regular operational backups for service continuity; you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical data. On account closure, data is retained for up to 90 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted in line with our Privacy policy.
All rights in the Services, website, branding (including "WebPortal"), software, and proprietary content remain our property or our licensors'. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms for the duration of your subscription. You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebPortal and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or the jurisdiction in which WebPortal operates, as stated on our website). Any dispute not resolved in good faith within 30 days may be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or that jurisdiction), unless we agree in writing to another dispute resolution process.
These Terms, together with our Privacy policy and any plan-specific or order documentation, constitute the entire agreement between you and WebPortal regarding the Services. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
